We are seeking an experienced Hydrogen Engineer to join our team at Saudi Aramco. As a successful candidate, you will have the opportunity to work on innovative projects related to hydrogen production and utilization.
Job OverviewThe selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise in the field of hydrogen production and purification technologies, including:
- Providing technical support for operating plants, including liaison with licensors, catalyst vendors, and operations teams.
- Leading projects and new business initiatives by carrying out evaluation and technology selection of H2 production options.
- Participating in the execution of hydrogen-related projects, reviewing process documents, and providing recommendations for suitable deployments.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a similar field, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the hydrocarbon industry. Your expertise should include H2 production and purification technologies, such as electrolysis, steam reforming, gasification, water-gas shift, and PSA technologies. Additionally, you should have adequate design experience and sufficient process simulation experience in software like Hysys and Pro-max.
