We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with a passion for Agile and Scrum to join our Global Regions ITMO team.

 

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take your skills to the next level and work in a dynamic environment. As a Project Coordinator, you will ensure timely delivery and quality of overall reporting and PPP management deliverables.

You will be responsible for providing professional-level support to internal and external customers, maintaining effective communication with employees, customers, and team members to identify issues that require action.

The variety of tasks includes administrative duties, requiring detail-oriented skills and good analytics capabilities to run day-to-day operations.

You will apply knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation, and administration of PPP system guidelines and procedures.

Gather and compile information for reports and provide technical support, which may include program/system training, documentation, data extraction, review, tracking, and coding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality of overall reporting and PPP deliverables;
  • Responsible for monitoring and reporting on project budget and resources;
  • Challenge Project and Program Managers regarding PPP deliverables timeliness, quality, accuracy, and integrity;
  • Prepare financial reporting and analysis;
  • Attend meetings and make minutes as required;
  • Timely escalation of issues to all relevant stakeholders.

Additionally, you will support different types of projects (Salesforce, SAP, Data & Analysis space, etc.) and release management support activities.

You will co-develop PPP plans and proactively assist regular scheduling activities, provide accurate PPP dashboard reporting & metrics (status on the triple constraint), and guide during the financial forecasting process.

Structure regular review and tollgate meetings, prepare communication and/or escalations on issues/risks and contingency/mitigation actions to the project sponsor and stakeholders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor/Master degree;
  • 3 years of relevant experience;
  • Fluent in English speaking & writing;
  • Multilingual preferred (Portuguese _ Spanish);
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
  • Financial savviness;
  • Understanding of PPP systems (PlanView) and methodology like PMP, Prince II, Agile/Scrum;
  • Knowledge/experience with PPP Management and/or Project Coordination;
  • Quick learner with a strong drive;
  • Flexible, pragmatic, structured, and stress-resistant;
  • Strong sense of responsibility/down-to-earth;
  • Hands-on, pro-active, & problem-solving attitude.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 per year, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
