Job Description

We're looking for a highly skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to join our LATAM Team. Your mission will be to build positive relationships with clients by assessing their needs, identifying their requirements, and developing cohesive projects that improve their business operations with more efficient procedures and systems.

You will need to analyze business data in order to assess situations, assign tasks to each team member, and solve problems as they arise.

Requirements:

  • Software engineer, Electronic Engineer, Systems technician, technologist, or related education certificate
  • ServiceNow Sys Admin Certification
  • SCRUM Master or PMP Certifications are a BIG plus.
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working in Project Management, ideally for large ITSM implementations.
  • PM experience with application development projects.
  • Experience in the calculation and management of KPI's.
  • Experience working as a direct point of contact with external, English speaking clients.
  • Experience working in Bilingual Environments.
  • Able to take control of the projects on its own.
  • Able to speak up and bring ideas and opinions to client when needed.
  • Very proactive.
  • Experience with risk management.

Salary Range

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus generous benefits and a professional and culturally diverse work environment.
