About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRO Account Manager to join our team at Power Digital Marketing, Inc. As a key member of our growth marketing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of growth ideas presented to our clients, meeting high-quality standards within specified timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their business objectives.
  • Project Oversight: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring they are aligned with client goals and agency standards.
  • Team Leadership and Mentoring: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior account managers, assisting in their professional growth and development.
  • Communication: Communicate project status, updates, and recommendations clearly to clients and internal teams.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • 1-3+ years of experience in account management within a marketing agency environment.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, digital marketing, and advertising concepts.
  • Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools such as Clickup, Basecamp, and Asana.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies, such as Scrum, and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong client-facing skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships.
