The Role:

">

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Lead to support expanding business growth within the Language Services team through Regulatory Labelling authorization services. This role requires an expert with a high level of specialty and expertise in the complex process of Regulatory Affairs language services.

">

As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading the setup of training programs and expediting our service offerings, enabling us to strategically enhance our portfolio. You will work closely with the project management and client services departments to ensure they can handle these projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

">

Lead the training plans for Regulatory Affairs within the Language Services department.

">

Develop and maintain project management plans.

">

Responsible for developing workflows for Regulatory Affairs language services within the organization.

">

Manage cross-functional project teams and provide direction and support to team members.

">

Collaborate with Client Services to ensure successful completion of change orders.

">

Monitor project deliverables using appropriate tools and track progress with stakeholders.

">

Requirements:

">

Minimum 6 years of experience in localization project management or translation project management roles for LSPs.

">

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

">

CAT tools, TMS, and word formatting experience required.

">

Regulatory Affairs Labelling experience is essential.

">
