In this role, you will reveal what our users need from our products by conducting research, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet user needs and align with business goals, and performing usability studies. These responsibilities also include inspiring change, delivering oral and written presentations, evaluating qualitative and quantitative data, and helping the UX team better understand what would make a user's experience more intuitive, accessible, and seamless.
- Conduct qualitative research methods (e.g., user interviews, focus groups, usability testing) to gather insights on user behaviors and preferences.
- Utilize quantitative research methods (e.g., surveys, analytics data) to analyze user interactions and trends, translating findings into actionable strategies.
- Collaborate with data teams to analyze user behavior data and identify trends and patterns.
- Present research findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Solid experience with at least two years as a lead — guiding clients, projects, and people.
- Demonstrate expert Spanish language skills and have advanced English proficiency.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, SPSS).
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.
