Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Creative Director to join our team. You'll lead the creative strategy, optimizing landing pages, funnels, and ad campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to improve user experience and performance. Analyze heatmaps, user recordings, and data to refine layouts, CTAs, and creatives. Collaborate with designers, developers, and paid ads specialists to implement CRO-driven improvements. Monitor KPIs like conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and funnel efficiency to inform creative decisions.

About the Role:

What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience in CRO-related roles, work experience in a digital marketing agency, and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a relevant field. Excellent written and spoken English skills, a deep understanding of user behavior, funnel design, A/B testing, and performance-driven UX. Experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads optimization, familiarity with testing and analytics tools, and collaboration with technical and marketing teams.
