Job Description

This role involves creating and presenting visually engaging interfaces, high-quality visuals, and developing user-centered approaches. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in digital product design and design systems, a strong portfolio showcasing their passion for digital products, branding, and/or product design, and proficiency in using Figma.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and present visually engaging interfaces and high-quality visuals that align with client requirements.
  • Present visual concepts with a user-centered approach.
  • Define how users navigate a platform and achieve their goals, using user and system flows to communicate with development teams and stakeholders.
  • Improve existing interactions and visuals through design systems and visual narratives.
  • Provide high-quality designs (brand assets, mockups, prototypes, libraries, and design specs) for client presentations and development hand-off in a fast-paced environment.
  • Develop and shape ideas by translating brand attributes into visual elements for digital products.
  • Stay updated on the latest standards, best practices, and trends in Visual Design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX Designers, Technical Writers, and Software Engineers, to deliver polished and scalable digital products for world-class companies.
Requirements:
  • Over 3 years of experience in digital product design and design systems.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a passion for digital products, branding, and/or product design.
  • Proficiency in using Figma.
  • Knowledge in some of the following areas: atomic design, design systems and component libraries, visual hierarchy, interaction design, accessibility, responsive design, visual design principles (typography, colors, grids, and layouts), branding, illustration or other visual languages.
Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
