We are currently looking for an experienced Social Media Manager for Executives to manage the online brand and presence of our Executive account.
Key Responsibilities:- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the executive's goals, values, and business objectives.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality content, including posts, graphics, videos, and stories, tailored to each platform.
- Brand Management: Curate and manage the executive's online presence to ensure a consistent and authentic personal brand across all platforms.
- Engagement: Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful connections with key audiences.
- Reputation Management: Monitor and manage the executive's online reputation, addressing any potential PR issues or crises proactively.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep the executive's social presence innovative and effective.
- Collaboration: Work with the executive's PR, communications, and marketing teams to ensure alignment across all communications efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably for high-profile individuals or brands.
- Highly proficient with all social media platforms.
- Proven track record of growing and engaging social media audiences.
- Strong understanding of personal branding and online reputation management.
- Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
