Job Description

J.S. Held is a global consulting firm that combines technical, scientific, financial, and strategic expertise to advise clients seeking to realize value and mitigate risk.

We are seeking a Bilingual Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining Identity and Access Management solutions using various technologies such as Azure Entra (Azure AD), SailPoint, and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities
  1. Technical design, implementation, and maintenance of IAM solutions.
  2. Integrate IAM solutions with other systems and applications.
  3. Develop complex IAM Workflow solutions covering the lifecycle of Identities, Access Permissions, Privileged Accounts, etc.
  4. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior IAM engineers.
  5. Deliver advanced SailPoint IdentityNow application management and tailored configurations.
  6. Develop and maintain custom scripts and workflows using SailPoint's scripting language, PowerShell, and other platforms to automate IAM tasks.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in IAM, with a focus on Azure and SailPoint, working as an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Governance Administrator or Engineer.
  3. Three years or more years of experience with SailPoint Identity provisioning and certification modules.
  4. Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management.
  5. High level of English fluency in both written and verbal skills.
  6. Possess IAITAM Certification, such as CHAMP, CSAM, and CITAM.
  7. Experience with IAM tools and technologies, such as Active Directory, SSO, PIM, and MFA.
  8. Proficiency in scripting and automation.
  9. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on national averages in the United States.
