$120,000 - $180,000 per annum based on experience.

Job Description

As a Digital Project Director at Formula.Monks, you will be responsible for managing and supervising digital projects, leveraging design thinking and creative processes. You will drive strategic initiatives, focusing on innovative strategies and creative design work.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise digital projects.
  • Implement design thinking methodologies.
  • Facilitate collaboration between teams.
  • Monitor project progress and report on performance.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain client relationships, ensuring alignment with their objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience in project management or engineering leadership.
  • Proficiency in developing project plans and documentation.
  • Experience in managing digital development and creative projects.
  • Experience with web application security, cloud services, and containerization is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into actionable steps for engineering teams.
  • Ability to build and maintain cross-team relationships.
  • Excellent English communication skills (B2+).
