We're looking for a talented Global Analytics Lead to build data-driven reporting and analytics capabilities in our platform. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to shape our product and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs: Develop a deep understanding of customer reporting and analytics requirements across all of Remote's products.
  • Build a reporting platform: Create a platform that internal product teams can use to deliver customer-facing reports and analytics.
  • Develop default reports and analytics: Identify commonly required reports and analytics and build out a set of default insights.
  • Innovate: Incorporate innovative technologies, such as AI and predictive analytics, to enhance our insights platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.
  • Measure success: Continuously monitor performance and gather user feedback to improve our features.

About You

  • 3+ years of experience as a product manager and in a high-growth environment.
  • A proven track record building reporting and analytics products that scale.
  • Experience working in HR Tech is a bonus.

What We Offer

  • $124,700 - $170,900 per year, depending on location and experience.
