The estimated monthly salary for this position ranges from $5,300 to $6,200 USD, considering the Colombian location and experience level.

Job Description

Company Overview: At Blyce, we offer innovative software solutions for government services in areas such as taxes, social security, permits, and licenses that have a significant impact on societies and improve daily lives. Our multicultural team consists of over 135 colleagues from Curaçao, the Netherlands, Colombia, and Bonaire.

Key Responsibilities: As a Product Development Director, you will drive strategic vision by researching market trends, identifying opportunities, and using data-driven insights to define a forward-looking product vision and strategy aligned with Blyce's goals and market demands.

Main Objectives:

  • Lead product delivery by overseeing the creation, launch, and management of products that meet stakeholder and market expectations.
  • Collaborate across teams to build strong partnerships with executives, technical teams, designers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on product direction and priorities.
  • Mentor Product Owners to guide them towards efficient execution of product strategies.
  • Create effective go-to-market strategies to position Blyce's products for maximum reach and impact.
  • Transform customized solutions into scalable product offerings by guiding the shift from one-time solutions to repeatable processes.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends to integrate new ideas into Blyce's product roadmap.

  • An excellent gross starting salary between 19,950,000 COP and 22,660,000 COP per month, with annual growth opportunities (approximately $5,300-$6,200 USD).
