">We are looking for a Growth Product Manager to join our Growth Marketing team, reporting to the Director of Growth Product. The ideal candidate will have experience as a growth product manager or as a product manager with a focus on commercial or adoption metrics (e.g., user acquisition).

- Contribute significantly to strategy, managing internal stakeholders, and helping to nurture a strong product management culture in the organization.">
- Ensure high effectiveness and alignment within the growth product teams through communication, continual examination of our processes and rituals, suggesting and designing improvements.">
- Help to create and nurture a positive and fun culture with a fully distributed team.">
Requirements
">The ideal candidate will have:
">- ">
- Experience working in an agile product or growth product squad as a product manager or growth product manager on a customer-facing product (or website).">
- Strong quantitative skills, including knowledge of web analytics tools.">
- Fundamental knowledge of growth marketing channels, such as SEO and Google Ads.">
- Exceptional attention to detail and high thresholds for quality.">
- Deeply curious, highly empathetic, and organized.">
- Excellent interpersonal skills - written and verbal - and a natural collaborator and unifier.">
- Experience in B2B businesses.">
- The ability to wireframe or sketch ideas using design and whiteboard tools.">
- Advanced English level.">
