This role supports defined processes and adheres to corporate and site-specific procedures as applicable. The individual executes process steps with a focus on adherence, responsible for decision-making within defined steps, provides guidance and feedback to team members according to procedures. They follow up with division personnel, site teams, and international team members to ensure effectiveness and responsiveness related to the process. Communication of data related to the process to site and division leadership is also a responsibility.

Making a Difference

The incumbent adheres to all corporate and site-specific procedures.

They identify and investigate solutions to procedure and process-related issues, revising procedures or processes as needed to increase efficiency and compliance. Documents and maintains records in accordance with corporate and site-specific procedures. Creates, maintains, and monitors metrics to measure key performance indicators of the unit. Evaluates, assesses, and executes assigned steps within the process. Provides direction to internal and external personnel on issues related to defined steps/process. Assists management in special projects as required.

  • Knowledge of EtQ, JD Edwards, Internet, Microsoft Office applications, and ability to learn other software quickly as required.

  • Ability to consistently meet high standards of input accuracy, produce quality documents, compile data, and perform simple analyses accurately.
  • Good decision-making skills and proven ability to balance priorities among ongoing tasks and respond to critical situations.

  • Proven ability to work in a team setting, willing to share the load, participate in projects outside of normal job scope, and work closely with others to assure functional commitments are met.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in biology, health sciences, engineering, or nursing preferred; Bachelor's degree in another discipline with relevant experience acceptable.
  • Co-op or internship experience in medical devices, preferred.

Travel Expectations

Up to 5% travel expected.
