Job Overview

As a Senior Client Relations Manager - LATAM, you will drive growth and establish long-term partnerships across the region. Your role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and leveraging your industry expertise to provide tailored solutions that align with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new clients, leveraging your network and experience in the region.
  • Manage Key Accounts: Build and nurture long-term partnerships, leveraging upsell and cross-sell opportunities within major accounts.
  • Develop Strategic Plans: Create and execute tailored account strategies, providing tools and resources to optimize performance.
  • Lead Enterprise Sales: Manage complex sales engagements, focusing on both new business (hunting) and expanding current accounts (farming) across LATAM's major markets.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of proven senior sales experience in Market Research, actively consulting clients from diverse industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully acquire new clients, particularly in the LATAM region, and develop relationships from initial contact to closing.
  • Strong network in LATAM, especially within major economies like Mexico or Colombia, and skilled at building and managing relationships in this region.
  • In-depth understanding of the market research industry and familiarity with research methodologies, tools, and platforms.
  • Experience with CRM systems for tracking pipelines, opportunities, and performance metrics.
What We Offer

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Our flexibility policy means there is no hard cap on the number of vacation days you can take.
