About the Role

Cafeto Software is seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. User Research: Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations.
  2. Information Architecture: Develop clear and logical information architectures to organize content and functionality.
  3. Wireframing and Prototyping: Create low and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts.
  4. User Interface Design: Design visually appealing and functional user interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
  5. Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests to evaluate designs and gather user feedback.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business goals.
  7. Design System Management: Contribute to and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure consistency across products.
  8. Data-Driven Design: Analyze user data and metrics to inform design decisions.
  9. Responsive Design: Ensure designs are responsive and provide a consistent experience across various devices and screen sizes.
  10. Accessibility: Advocate for and implement accessibility best practices to ensure designs are inclusive and usable by all.
  11. Design Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including style guides and interaction patterns.
  12. Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with UX trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating relevant innovations into design work.
Requirements
  1. Proven Experience: 3+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in a product-based environment.
  2. Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing UX process and high-quality design solutions.
  3. Tool Proficiency: Advanced skills in UX/UI design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  4. Research Skills: Experience in conducting user research and translating insights into design decisions.
  5. Prototyping: Proficiency in creating interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts.
  6. Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback from various stakeholders.
  7. Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a proven track record of solving complex design challenges.
  8. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and present to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  9. Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  10. User-Centered Approach: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a commitment to creating intuitive, accessible designs.
