Job Title: Mesero - YUSIKV

At Hilton Worldwide, Inc., we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Server to join our team at the Hilton Santa Marta Colombia. As a key member of our Food and Beverage department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while providing attentive and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage guest queries in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring that all needs are met promptly and professionally.
  2. Serve a wide range of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, in accordance with licensing and liquor regulations.
  3. Develop extensive knowledge of our menu offerings, including food and beverage items, to provide informed recommendations to guests.
  4. Ensure that all floor stations are well-stocked and organized, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and presentation.
  5. Follow established reporting procedures to address any issues or concerns that may arise during service.
  6. Deliver high-quality food and beverage orders in a timely manner, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards.
  7. Adhere to Hilton's grooming standards, including uniform dress code, cleanliness, and personal hygiene.
  8. Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
Requirements:
  1. Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  2. Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations and adapt to changing priorities.
  3. Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently, to achieve goals and objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Previous experience in the Food and Beverage department or a related industry.
  2. Previous experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
  3. Knowledge of food hygiene regulations and practices.
