Key Responsibilities- Requisition Management: Collaborate with our TA Coordinator to gather information on job openings and post requisitions on various job boards and internal platforms.
- Candidate Sourcing: Organize the sourcing process to identify suitable candidates for various positions, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews.
- Job Posting: Ensure that all job openings are published on the correct communication channels, including our company website, external job boards, and internal platforms.
- Candidate Management: Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring that all candidates have completed the necessary steps in the hiring process.
- Reporting and Analytics: Support the standardization of our reporting and analytics process by ensuring data integrity in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in mass recruiting or 1 year in HR-related areas.
