About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for cutting-edge technologies, enjoy solving complex problems, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
This role involves developing and maintaining robust web applications using PHP and Laravel. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Your expertise should include MySQL database design, optimization, and maintenance. Additionally, you will develop deep expertise in reporting for the business and Google Analytics.
Key Responsibilities- Develop high-performance web applications using PHP and Laravel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
- Maintain databases using MySQL and ensure optimal performance.
- Analyze data using Google Analytics and provide insights to the business.
- Troubleshoot software defects and issues in a timely manner.
- 4+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer with a focus on PHP and Laravel development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of MySQL, Elasticsearch, and Redis.
- Experience working with AWS cloud services, including EC2, CloudFront, Fargate, RDS, Route53, and Load Balancing.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Proficiency in React is highly desirable.
- A competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (dependent on location).
