About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to oversee all operational activities of the company, promoting the continuous development of the team and the improvement of operational processes. This includes coordinating operational activities carried out from PayU, in accordance with corporate definitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Acquiring processes for financial entities, ensuring efficient and secure transactions.
- Execute financial operations associated with the financial license, maintaining compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Ensure regulatory reporting and compliance with all current regulations in processes under responsibility.
- Update processes and associated manuals to the operations department, ensuring seamless integration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or Management-related disciplines.
- Knowledge of deposit products, especially electronic deposits, and management of products with the central bank.
- Expertise in regulation and experience reporting to control entities of a financial institution.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure a secure technology infrastructure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Experience in financial institutions operations and acquiring processes.
