About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Account Manager to join our team. As a senior member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading a team of account managers and driving revenue growth in the enterprise segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of account managers, providing guidance and coaching to drive sales performance and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the enterprise segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities and delivering tailored solutions from our portfolio.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve client issues and improve overall client satisfaction.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of commercial experience in product and service sales, preferably in the enterprise segment.
  • A degree in engineering.
  • Basic to intermediate level English skills.
