Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating video shoot schedules with gym clients, managing post-production workflows, curating and scheduling social media content, and liaising between clients and the creative team to ensure project success.

About You

You will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational prowess, and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with social media platforms and content marketing strategies is essential. Basic understanding of video production processes and quality standards is also required. Experience with CRM systems, particularly Go High Level, is preferred but not necessary. Your flexibility to align with Australian business hours and passion for the fitness and wellness industries will make you a great fit for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate video shoot schedules with gym clients
  • Manage post-production workflows, including quality checks and feedback to editors
  • Curate and schedule social media content across various platforms
  • Liaise between clients, the creative team, and management to ensure project success
  • Utilize Go High Level CRM to streamline project and client management processes
  • Support lead generation efforts through Meta ad campaign coordination

What We Offer
