We are seeking a Junior Data Analyst to oversee client data systems and reporting frameworks, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. This role involves transforming raw data into structured information, analyzed to generate insights driving strategic business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Gather data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and third-party sources, maintaining proper database maintenance.
- Evaluate data accuracy, consistency, and reliability throughout its lifecycle.
- Clean data and examine system-generated reports to identify coding errors.
- Develop processes to generate accurate and timely reports supporting stakeholders' understanding of key data insights.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends or patterns.
- Create dashboards, charts, and visual aids to support decision-making across departments.
- Manage and update databases for security, accessibility, and optimal performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve data processes and implement enhancements.
- Design automated processes for data extraction.
- Apply statistical techniques to examine data and generate actionable business insights.
- Coordinate with management to align business and data priorities.
- Work closely with department managers to define data requirements for analysis projects tailored to their unique business processes.
Requirements:
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization).
- Basic knowledge of any Business Intelligence tool.
- Experience with SQL and databases is a plus.
- English level B2+ or C1 (advanced proficiency, able to communicate clearly in a business environment).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with different departments and translate business needs into data-driven insights.
