About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Operations and Process Optimization Manager to join our team in Colombia. As a Site Head for our main site, you will be responsible for coordinating all activities for other sites in co-working, access segregation or Opella Space.

As the Manager of Product Operations, you will ensure operational excellence across the LAC Product & Solutions organization. You will collaborate with Legal, Operations, and Product teams to help us design, execute, and scale our expanding operations in Colombia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Streamline processes and optimize systems to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate progress and results.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
