**Job Summary**

We are looking for a skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to manage contracts, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring compliance and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Daily & Weekly Operations: Review, process, and maintain accurate records of contracts and agreements. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
• Contract Management: Assist in managing contract deadlines, including renewals and terminations, and ensure adherence to financial and legal obligations.
• Accounts Management: Assist in accounts payable and receivable, ensuring invoices are issued and payments are tracked effectively.
• Financial Recordkeeping: Reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and other financial records.
• Compliance Tracking: Monitor contract deadlines and ensure adherence to financial and legal obligations.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve contract discrepancies or financial issues.

**Monthly & Ad-Hoc Responsibilities:**

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Generate custom financial reports and analyses to support decision-making.
• Handle ad-hoc administrative and financial tasks as assigned by the team or leadership.

**Qualifications:**

• Fluency in English language.
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in contract processing, accounting, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
