**Job Title:** Senior Manager, Technology Operations

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, Technology Operations to contribute to the overall success of Technology Operations by ensuring plans and initiatives are executed and delivered in support of business strategies and objectives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage technology operations programs that meet technology operations goals, with a direct impact on financial performance, operational risk management, and delivery effectiveness within technology.
  • Design and develop operation programs that affect technology operations, perform change management by working with key business, technology, and operational teams.
  • Manage and continuously improve existing technology programs, keep senior leaders informed of program statuses, design and produce reporting on program-related KPIs.
  • Engage key stakeholders and senior leadership for KPIs analysis to achieve program performance improvement.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in business operations, consulting, or related field, with experience in financial management in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Agile mindset with a focus on delivering business value associated with operations transformation, strong analytical skills, results orientation, and data-driven approach in decision making via KPIs and metrics.
