We are seeking a results-oriented Senior Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth while developing and mentoring a team of talented Account Executives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B technology sales, preferably within the UCaaS or telecommunications industry. Experience selling through telecom and IT channels is highly desired.

The successful candidate will also possess leadership qualities and experience mentoring or coaching others. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.

As a Player/Coach Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Generating new business revenue by acquiring new customers
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals
  • Consistently exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Developing and executing effective sales strategies to target key accounts and verticals
