Your Role:
You will be part of a talented team of technologists responsible for developing and maintaining our cloud-native platform. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with XFN teams and Product Managers to discuss sprint goals and remove roadblocks
- Writing high-quality code in Java, Kotlin, or Python using TDD principles
- Designing and implementing event-driven microservices architecture
- Working on infrastructure as code framework using AWS services
- Modeling complex product data and interacting with multiple data stores
- Pairing with and mentoring other engineers to deliver innovative products
Qualifications:
- Strong fundamentals in back-end object-oriented programming, including proficiency in Java or Kotlin
- Familiarity with integrating Restful APIs and understanding of microservices architecture
- Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases
- Sound SDLC skills, preferably in an agile environment
- Excellent English communication skills for effective collaboration across technology teams and business units
- 4+ years of relevant software engineering experience
- Minimum B.S. degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
