Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Learning Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining open communication with personnel to understand their needs in terms of Occupational Safety and Health
  • Participating in activities programmed by the COPASST, COEXISTENCE COMMITTEE, and/or the organization in OSH aspects
  • Setting an example in complying with all the Safety Standards and procedures of the SG
  • Knowing, understanding, and applying the Occupational Health and Safety policy
  • E nsuring the good order and cleanliness of their area
  • Immediately reporting acts, unsafe conditions, adverse health conditions, emergencies, environmental impacts or potential environmental impacts, accidents and near misses, safety hazards, process failures, non-conforming products, and others that may affect product quality
  • Taking care of their health and performing work activities safely
  • Providing clear, truthful, and complete information about their health condition
  • Complying with the rules, regulations, procedures, and instructions of the company's OSHMS and the verbal and written indications in this regard
  • Informing the employer or contractor promptly about the hazards and latent risks in their workplace
  • Attending and actively participating in training, induction, prevention, and risk control activities defined by the company, the COPASST, and the Coexistence Committee
  • Participating and contributing to the fulfillment of the OSH objectives
  • Communicating all suggestions and consulting all concerns related to occupational health and safety
  • Making rational use of paper, water, energy, and natural resources
  • Electing or being elected as a member of the COPASST or Coexistence Committee
  • Participating in the identification of hazards, evaluation, and assessment of risks
  • Promoting the improvement of the SG, with the development of suggestions and identification of improvement actions to the SG-OSH
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Proficiency in the use of PC applications, Gmail, and Google Business applications as well as Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work on a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, evenings, and long hours
  • High energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style
  • Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills required
  • Knowledge of adult learning techniques, and instructional design concepts for computer-based training
  • Ability to clearly articulate thoughts
  • Ability to think critically
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per yearBenefits
