Job Title: System Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled System Architect to join our innovation team at CI&T Software S.A. in Colombia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions for our clients in the automotive sector.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the development team in building, enhancing, and maintaining applications.
  2. Ensure solutions adhere to security and performance best practices.
  3. Create and maintain necessary documentation for clients.
  4. Troubleshoot technical issues, providing guidance and solutions.
  5. Communicate with customer team members to align technical solutions.
  6. Understand requirements and propose viable technical solutions using appropriate frameworks.
  7. Conduct code reviews.
  8. Ensure a stable and productive development environment.
  9. Mentor junior team members and share knowledge.
  10. Conduct discovery of the current ASP.NET system to understand its functionalities and architecture.
  11. Collaborate with design and product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  12. Propose documentation improvements and technological innovations for integration into new solutions.
  13. Identify technical risks and propose mitigation solutions.
Requirements:
  1. Solid experience in software architecture design, defining frameworks and technologies that align with business needs.
  2. Experience building Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  3. Ability to create POCs/MVPs quickly and effectively.
  4. Experience in.NET development (ASP.NET, C#).
  5. Familiarity with undocumented environments.
  6. Knowledge of backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Java, Kotlin).
  7. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Experience in legacy system modernization projects.
  10. Knowledge of agile development practices (Scrum, Kanban).
  11. Experience with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  12. Advanced English proficiency for conversation.
Nice to Have:
  1. Experience with Kotlin for backend.
