**Job Summary:**
A highly skilled Network Engineer is sought after to act as the customer's point of contact for reported network issues.
**Key Responsibilities**- Troubleshoot tickets to resolution in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate extensively with customers and other Network Engineers to resolve complex network problems
- Duplicate reported issues in a laboratory environment to ensure accurate troubleshooting
- Utilize expertise in IP networking and network security to resolve technical issues
- Proficiency in the English language (B2/B2+ level)
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Experience in Support Engineering with a focus on network-related tasks
- CCNA certification (or equivalent) in network administration
- Desirable: CCNP certification or other relevant certifications in network security and management
