Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing the Balance Sheet Reconciliation: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of the Balance Sheet reconciliation for Latam countries.
- Maintaining Auditor Relationships: Develop and maintain effective communication with auditors, addressing their inquiries and requests in a professional manner.
- Ensuring Accounting Accuracy: Verify that our accounting records accurately reflect all financial and accounting activities throughout the month.
- Supporting Monthly Closing: Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure a seamless monthly closing process.
- Booking Journals: Assist in booking specific journals as needed, in accordance with established procedures.
- Ongoing Tasks: Perform other tasks as assigned by management to support the accounting function.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Financial Reporting Expertise: Proven skills in financial reporting, preferably in a multinational company.
- Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Education: A degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Language Skills: Strong written and spoken English language abilities.
