About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Software Engineer to join our Data Engineering Team. As a Backend Software Engineer at Publicis Groupe, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and supporting software solutions that run in the cloud and handle large volumes of data.
Responsibilities:
- Design and development of APIs, including REST and high availability.
- Design and development of independent and scalable services for processing large volumes of information (ETLs).
- Understand and prioritize requirements according to business needs.
- Work independently and by objectives.
Requirements:
- Proficient in at least one Backend language (preferably Go).
- Proficiency in SQL and REST services.
- Knowledge of Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in at least one cloud platform (preferably AWS).
- Knowledge of testing and observation frameworks.
- Quality and growth-oriented.
- Demonstrable experience developing scalable and quality backend components.
- Versatility to quickly understand and handle other programming languages.
- Knowledge of Docker (Kubernetes is a plus).
- General knowledge of Linux as a development environment.
