**Job Description**
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Software Development Lead to join our team. As a leader, you will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of the functional requirements of our modules and leading the developmental efforts of business-prioritized features.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development process from requirements gathering to delivering high-quality software packages to clients.
- Conduct research and development for complex technical issues and plan regular interactions with major stakeholders to keep them updated about progress.
- Liaise with product teams to understand the ecosystem and business vision, lead/support UAT and production rollouts, and optimize code for scalability.
- Accurately manage developer utilization, conduct code reviews, perform testing, and set goals for each new individual.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- 2+ years of experience in team management and leadership.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and creativity to approach challenges and obstacles.
- Mentorship abilities to coach and mentor junior developers.
- Ability to see the big picture and guide the team toward long-term goals.
- Experience with AWS Code Deploy, AWS Lambda, MongoDB, and TypeScript.
**What We Offer**
We offer a competitive salary range of **$120,000 - $180,000 per year**, depending on location and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
