Job Overview:
We're seeking an experienced Technical Network Operations Specialist to join our Global Network Operations team. As a key member of the team, you'll play a critical role in monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing network changes to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and troubleshooting network issues in real-time
- Implementing network changes to prevent or resolve incidents
- Collaborating with engineering teams to resolve complex network issues
- Providing Level 1 & 2 support for network-related issues
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in supporting and operating enterprise-scale networks
- Strong knowledge of Cisco Routers, Switches, Wi-Fi, and Network Authentication
- Experience with network monitoring tools such as IBM SevOne NPM, Broadcom AppNeta, and Cisco ThousandEyes
- CCNP (R&S) certification or equivalent experience
- Superior problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks concurrently
