We are seeking a highly skilled Production Engineer to join our team in the Unconventional Production Engineering Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support for unconventional rig-less activities, production optimization, and well integrity analysis.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Designing well completion, continuous production monitoring, and artificial lift performance;
- Developing production targets and avails for wells on production;
- Integrating production system modeling, field development planning, and optimization;
- Ensuring well integrity management and providing best practices for well intervention activities;
- Mentoring and training junior engineers within the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from a recognized program or Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering;
- A minimum of 10 years' experience as a Production Engineer, with at least 5 years working in unconventional fields;
- Proficiency with simulation software applications, including Prosper, Saphir, and WellCat (or equivalent);
- Deep understanding of liquid loading issues, well de-liquification practices, and production best practices.
