Position Overview

This role involves developing and maintaining comprehensive 3-statement financial models with a focus on historical analysis and future projections. You will perform valuation analyses, including DCF models, precedent transactions, and comparable company analyses. Additionally, you will create client-facing PowerPoint presentations to present insights from valuation analyses.

  • Collaborate with leadership on growth strategies, sale preparations, and optimization initiatives.
  • Maintain exceptional communication and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in investment banking or management consulting.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, valuation methods, and using Excel at an advanced level.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and familiarity with financial databases.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Salary Estimate

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure is based on industry standards and location in the United States.

Work Schedule

The work schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST). This is a full-time position as an independent contractor.
