Transformation Leadership Consultant

About the Role

As a Transformation Leadership Consultant, you'll oversee multifaceted project initiatives for our clients to optimize web application security, manage cloud services, and streamline processes using containerization. You will coordinate diverse development teams, including nearshore and offshore, to ensure efficient delivery and strategic project alignment. This role is expected to last six months.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans supporting security, cloud, and containerization efforts
• Supervise and optimize collaboration with near and offshore development teams to achieve project goals
• Identify and address risks and dependencies to foster greater team efficiency
• Communicate technical requirements effectively to non-technical stakeholders
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements & Qualifications

• A minimum of five years of relevant work experience, preferably in project management or engineering leadership
• Proven track record of developing and implementing project plans and documentation
• Experience with web application security, cloud services, and containerization is highly valued
• Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution
• Ability to build and maintain cross-team relationships
• Strong English communication skills (B2+)
