**The Role:** As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll join our Decision Intelligence team, empowering data-informed decisions across Operations teams. You'll collaborate with Supply Chain, Live Operations, Marketplace, Expansion, and more, driving nuanced thinking, reporting, and experimentation. Your work will span analytics engineering, business intelligence, low-tech tool building, and applied data science, utilizing tools like DBT, Fivetran, Metabase, Hex, SQL, and Python.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Gather cross-functional requirements for tools, dashboards, data science products, and more
* Ensure data quality/integrity through analytics engineering best practices
* Build reliable, efficient, and accurate dashboards to inform operational decision-making
* Develop code-driven tools to improve processes across partnering operations teams
* Analyze and evaluate the business impact of tests & experiments
**What You Bring:**
* Comfortable working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments (we're a start-up)
* Strong written and oral communication skills in English
* Expert SQL and dashboarding skills
* Experience with analytical relational databases like Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake
* ETL/ELT tools expertise for building and maintaining data pipelines and underlying data models
* Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Metabase, Tableau, PowerBI, Sigma, Mode, Hex, Looker
* Open-source languages proficiency for large-scale data analytics like Python, Spark, R
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 per year.
