Job Description
  • We are looking for someone who can analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective strategies to drive business growth.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment across all levels of the organization.
  • As a Digital Product Engineering Leader, you will be responsible for setting ambitious product visions, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and ensuring that solutions meet customer needs and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze market trends, competitors, and organizational processes to identify opportunities for growth.
  2. Support product sales or other product goals established by the company.
  3. Set clear and ambitious product vision and communicate it effectively to stakeholders, the team, and the rest of the unit.
  4. Develop end-to-end team output strategies from inception to production.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure digital vision and product alignment with value streams.
  6. Remain accountable for product-specific KPIs once solutions enter production and communicate regular tracking to stakeholders.
  7. Utilize market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for the team.
  8. Maintain a backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team.
  9. Work closely with CPO to establish each product's business value and support messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary.
  10. Integrate usability studies and research into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and ensure customer-driven design.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in roles with similar responsibilities.
  • Strong background in SAFe and experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Effectively manages own time and provides visibility into ongoing work.
  • Recognizes when teammates encounter difficulties in their tasks and readily offers support.
  • Demonstrates initiative by taking action without constant direction from others.
Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
