If you're passionate about Soccer and enjoy being at the center of action by offering betting odds for this market, then this is an excellent opportunity to join our expanding Pre Event Trading Team.

The position sits within the Pre Event Soccer team, contributing to delivering a high-quality customized betting offer and an outstanding user experience for our customers.

About the Position

  • Trade betting events for Soccer, monitoring and managing respective liabilities to ensure risk mitigation.
  • Compile odds and own pre-event pricing on assigned football leagues.
  • Create and monitor betting markets and assist in controlling risk to achieve optimum pre-event margin.
  • Ad hoc create and manage additional markets according to sophisticated customer demand.
  • Monitor and analyze customer activity, reporting to the relevant team.
  • Consistently deliver outstanding service to internal and external customers and ensure departmental KPIs are met.
  • Adhere to departmental SLAs and liaise with different departments to assist with sportsbook-related queries.
  • Assist in improving and developing trading tools.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an Odds compiling or Trading role.
  • Sports enthusiast with a strong data and customer-focused mindset and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge and genuine interest in Soccer.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with demonstrated knowledge of core statistics within the sports.
  • Solid understanding of MS Office programs (particularly MS Excel).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to make quick and informed decisions.
  • Self-organized, target-driven, and a team player.
  • Will to work flexible time shifts in line with business and sports calendar requirements.
