Dynamics AX Functional Consultant

TMF Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dynamics AX Functional Consultant to join our Dynamics Centre of Excellence team.

1. Implement D365 FO across multiple locations, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
2. Liaise with senior stakeholders, including managing directors, to understand business requirements and provide expert guidance on ERP solutions.
3. Present the ERP core solution to client management, local offices, and IT representatives, effectively communicating the benefits and value proposition.
4. Identify and document key requirements, designing new solutions or customizations to meet business needs.
5. Perform analysis, system design, setup, data conversion, user acceptance testing, and key user training, ensuring a high level of quality and accuracy.
6. Collaborate with various project teams, including specialist users, business analysts, regional and central management, and developers, to deliver successful project outcomes.
7. Assist in team leadership and provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed.

1. Proven experience with D365 F&O, including O2C, P2P, and R2R processes, with a strong understanding of project management principles.
2. Successful track record of implementing ERP solutions on a global level, with a focus on financial accounting and compliance.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior stakeholders and technical teams.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and design effective solutions.
5. Proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI, with experience in Azure Databricks a plus.
6. Able to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
