At FullStack Labs Inc., we're on a mission to build distributed software development teams for top companies. As a Mid-Level/Senior Project Manager, you'll play a key role in planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring the team achieves its goals within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.

We're looking for a seasoned Project Manager to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to work with our incredible clients in one of two ways:

  • Team Augmentation: You'll integrate yourself directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.
  • Design & Build: You'll work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.

We're seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with a strong background in team leadership, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to drive project delivery and improve team performance.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Successful completion of a four-year college degree.
  • Extensive background in team leadership and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • High experience aligning project objectives with overall strategic goals.
