We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst - Treasury Expert to join our team in Bogota, Colombia. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform foreign vendor payments, tax payments, and local vendor payments while adhering to local regulations.
- Prepare and review payment proposals for adidas subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Verify bank statements and classify outgoing payments on a daily basis, maintaining high levels of financial control.
- Provide assistance to internal and external stakeholders, including accounting, business users, and vendors, by responding to their requests and providing necessary information.
- Coordinate with other departments to obtain transactional data and research unreconciled items.
- Clarify differences on interim accounts and ensure accurate reconciliation.
- Create and analyze various reports under the area of responsibility, including regular reporting.
- Maintain files DTPs and documentation thoroughly and accurately, adhering to company policy and accepted accounting practices.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and support their implementation.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $45,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent experience in accounting or business.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in Accounts Payable and Treasury.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English and Spanish in a business setting.
