Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our SaaS system and related systems.
Main Responsibilities:
- SaaS System Management: Monitor service and capacity, and understand the rules for expansion.
- Issue Handling: Handle issues related to the SaaS system, including applications and platforms, as well as relevant systems like streaming media and payment.
- Monitoring Systems: Set up monitoring systems, such as Zabbix, Grafana, and AWS tools, to easily realize alarms and monitor the SaaS system for inspection and information retrieval.
- Problem Resolution: Identify the root causes of issues and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve them quickly, establishing processes to prevent recurrence.
- Clients' Needs Assessment: Assess clients' needs and develop accurate configurations that support their business processes. Support external clients and colleagues in the implementation of technical systems and software solutions, including travel if necessary.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related technical field.
- Business and Systems Understanding: Understanding of business and systems concepts, including SaaS, OTT, IPTV, DRM, network topology and protocols, video streaming transfer, encode/transcode, encrypt/decrypt, and playback.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients and different departments.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Linux and knowledge of streaming media systems.
- Language: Effective communication skills in English and Spanish.
Availability: Availability to work a rotating schedule.
