We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Teleperformance Deutschland. As an Interpreter, you will be responsible for handling and responding to customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining confidentiality of customer information.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide clear and concise instructions to customers.

- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English (90% and above).
- Work from home flexibility.
- Choose from 36, 40, or 42-hour work weeks.
