Minacs is looking for an experienced Computer Systems Analyst to join our IT Operations team. As a Technical Representative, IT Operations, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our organization's staff, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
Key Responsibilities- Review and resolve technical requests and incidents to ensure timely resolutions and minimal impact on business operations.
- Analyze and troubleshoot computer systems, hardware, and software to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Escalate complex problems to relevant teams, guaranteeing timely resolutions that meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
This position is based at our Rincon Santos site in Bello, Antioquia. You will report directly to the Supervisor, IT Operations.
Requirements- A minimum of 6 months of experience in technical support roles.
- Bachelor's degree or pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac OS operating systems configuration management.
- Knowledge of PC maintenance and repair.
- Flexibility to work on rotating shifts.
