We are seeking a highly skilled Generator Technician to join our team at Power Plus, a multi-industry leader in providing power solutions. As a Generator Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and testing generators ranging from 5 kw to 4000kw.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and test generator systems
• Interact with customers to provide best-in-class service
• Correctly fill out paperwork and read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics

Requirements:

• Mechanical and electrical aptitude with experience in mechanical and electrical fields, particularly with diesel generators
• Technical schooling in automotive or transportation fields, commercial, residential electric, or military experience a plus
• Willingness to learn and use new technologies
• Ability to work various shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call pager rotations with occasional out-of-town travel/overnight stays
• Certified Journeyman Electrician a plus but not required

Total Estimated Compensation: $81, $96,180.00 per year
