About the Role:

As part of our Influencer Partnership Team, you'll be at the heart of creating industry-leading campaigns. This role is designed to be a launchpad for your career, offering hands-on experience and the potential to transition into a full-time position.

Location & Pay:

Colombia, Fully Remote - 3,200,000 COP - 3,600,000 COP per month

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Influencer Research and Outreach: Identify, research, and reach out to potential influencers who align with our brand's values and target audience.
  2. Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with influencers, serving as their main point of contact and addressing any questions or concerns.
  3. Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative briefs and video ideas, ensuring influencers understand and meet our brand's expectations.
  4. Campaign Execution: Coordinate the logistics of influencer campaigns, including contracts, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality content delivery.
  5. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, tracking key metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions, and provide regular reports.
  6. Compliance and Guidelines: Ensure all influencer content complies with brand guidelines and legal requirements, including disclosure regulations.
  7. Budget Management: Manage the influencer marketing budget, negotiate rates, and ensure campaigns are cost-effective.
  8. Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for collaborations.
  9. Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative aspects of campaigns, such as contract management and payment processing.
  10. Feedback Loop: Gather and utilize feedback from influencers to improve future campaigns and strengthen relationships.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  1. Strong Communication: Articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively.
  2. Creative Thinking: Bring innovative solutions to the table.
  3. Social Media Proficiency: Understand social media and digital marketing trends to create impactful campaigns.
  4. Organizational Excellence: Manage multiple projects, meeting tight deadlines with top-notch organizational skills.
  5. Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in influencer marketing, with a proven track record of working with at least 100 influencers monthly.
